Position: Direct Mail Marketing Coordinator

Overview:
PESI, a national leader in continuing education for professionals, is seeking a Direct Mail Marketing Coordinator to contribute to, and support the marketing and sales departments. This is a full time position that offers a flexible work schedule during the regular office hours.
Duties include:
  • Creation and processing of direct mail seminar campaigns
  • Statistical analysis of direct mail strategies
  • Direct marketing expense tracking and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of mailing and postal guidelines
  • Database maintenance and management
  • Work with outside vendors
  • Assisting with general marketing duties and projects
  • Weekly postal production scheduling
Along with self motivation and strong attention to detail, an ideal candidate would possess:

Position: Customer Service Representative

PESI, LLC, a national leader in continuing education, is seeking to fill the full-time position of Customer Service/Support Representative. The individual in this position will handle incoming and outgoing calls regarding seminar registrations, product orders, and continuing education credits using various software programs.
Requirements:
  • An associate degree or equivalent work experience in customer service/support
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Reader
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organization, ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • A positive outlook with a serious commitment to service, teamwork, and flexibility
  • Must own a home PC and be able to demonstrate proficiency in general PC knowledge

Position: Marketing/Graphics Production
Status:

Overview:
PESI, LLC, a national leader in continuing education, has an immediate opening for a graphics production coordinator to support the marketing and sales groups.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide design/production support for Direct Mail, Publishing, Web/Email and other marketing materials
  • Execute internal production of printed materials and manage production timeline
  • Create layouts from scratch as well as from templates as specified
  • Prepare files for print and transfer digital files to production vendors
  • Review proofs for accuracy in grammar and spelling
  • Ensure that all required approvals (internal/external) have been obtained before releasing files for production
  • Maintain relationships with internal partners as well as with outside production vendors
  • Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Team player who is able to blend creative design with marketing/business goals and accept constructive criticism with professionalism
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro
  • College or technical degree or relevant experience in graphics and/or production
  • Experience in computer graphics/production with a good understanding of design principles—an emphasis in print production preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with internal partners and outside vendors
  • Strong attention to detail, proofreading skills and a strong ability to effectively manage time
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize, solve problems and finish work on schedule in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Organized self-starter who shows initiative and can shift easily between short- and long-term projects

Position: Program Services Associate
Status:

Overview:
PESI, LLC, a national leader in continuing education, is seeking an individual to work in our Program Services department. This position will be responsible for some of or variations of the duties listed below. This will be a full time position, Monday – Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain speaker equipment spreadsheet
  • Enter hotel evaluations from coordinators
  • Process home study tests
  • Record seminar evaluations for on-site seminars from attendees (tallies)
  • Send instructions and rosters and prep coordinators prior to seminar
  • Answer incoming calls from coordinators
  • Secure coordinators in cases of no show or cancellation
  • Secure interpreters as needed
  • Handle ADA needs when required
  • Monitor seminars to ensure enough manuals are sent
  • Prepare materials used by coordinator at seminar
  • Verify hotel information for marketing materials - primarily brochures
