Marcy Caldwell, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist specializing in adult ADHD and emotional regulation. She is the founder of ADDept.org, a blog and digital resource for adults with ADHD, and the director and owner of Rittenhouse Psychological Services, a group practice specializing in adult ADHD in Philadelphia, PA. She is a former lecturing professor at the University of Pennsylvania, the former assessment director at Temple University’s Tuttleman Counseling Services and she has served on the board of the Philadelphia Society for Clinical Psychologists.
Marcy has presented to numerous local, national, and international groups on a variety of topics related to adult ADHD and has been featured in PopSugar, well+good, the Philadelphia Inquirer, and many other press outlets. She has also been the featured guest on may podcasts, including the Holderness Family and Podcast and the Taking Control Podcast. Marcy is also the Creator of Meltdown to Mastery, an innovative digital program that helps adults with ADHD learn to regulate their emotions, so they stop getting sidelined by big feelings and begin to trust themselves to act on their intentions and values.
