The PESI Global Partners Team is dedicated to efficiently developing win-win affiliate partnerships that drive rapid customer growth and sales. We are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and paying PESI's affiliates and influencers. We develop strategies and campaigns for our affiliate partners, and track how our partners drive engagement, purchases, and renewals to PESI's different business units. Using customized automation and deep analytics, we optimize traffic to deliver transformational growth for our partners and PESI.

PESI is seeking a psychologist, mental health counselor or social worker who is passionate about engaging with other psychotherapists via social media. The ideal candidate loves to inspire, is deeply curious, and feels energized by connecting with others and collaborating with a vibrant community of mental health professionals. If you have social media experience and want to discuss important topics and leading issues in the field, as well as creatively share continuing education opportunities, this job is for you!
This position is full time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Our headquarters are in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with employees both nationally and internationally.
