What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities)
- Chase opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase B2B business
- Identify and be confident in negotiating agreements with potential customers, and the decision makers within the customer’s organization
- Grow revenue through creative opportunities for our B2B customers
- Develop and cultivate relationships with state and national associations, co-sponsor organizations, industry influencers, and key strategic partners
- Daily phone/e-mail activity is required for generating and following up on leads
- Administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained; including coordinating logistics for live (virtual or in-site) continuing education trainings
- Develop rapport with new customers, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship
- Complete control and responsibility for servicing/facilitating events sold
- Work internally with multiple departments to ensure that continuing education standards are met, and post-event financials are reported
- Work with internal Business Development and marketing teams on topic knowledge, marketing, and presenter selection
- Complete and maintain accurate sales information and perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including quotes/pricing and contracts
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within CRM
What You Bring to the Team: (skills and requirements)
- 3- 5 years working experience in a sales metrics driven role
- BS/BA in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- A keen entrepreneurial drive with the ability to act independently with a sense of urgency and the confidence to handle a variety of challenges
- Accountable for individual performance measures
- Exceptional relationship development and management skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Extremely comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
- Excellent problem-solving skills in a challenging and fast paced environment
- Flexibility to be self-motivated but also excel in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on revenue opportunities
- Comfortable in taking on administrative tasks in addition to closing revenue-driving deals
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)

Digital Marketing Strategist - SEO and Website Technology

The person in this role will manage a sales-based Email calendar with an entrepreneurial mindset — treating each campaign as if they were the sole owner, driving monthly sales, and growing revenue year over year.
As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and competitive advantage by creating and executing cutting-edge digital strategies. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of marketers passionate about delivering top-tier digital marketing solutions that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities)
- Technical SEO & Website Management
- Manage multiple WordPress and Umbraco CMS-powered websites, as well as our custom-built Learning Management System (LMS)
- Conduct in-depth audits and purpose strategies to improve website performance, search engine rankings, and crawlability
- Create clear, actionable statements of work for web development enhancements
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure site improvements align with strategic objectives and meet Statement of Work (SOW) requirements
- Global Consent & Compliance Management
- Oversee global opt-in and consent management configurations using One Trust CMP
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA, by implementing and monitoring necessary policies and practices
- Oversee and revise policies, including terms and conditions and privacy notices, to ensure ongoing compliance with changing legal regulations and industry best practices
- Data Analytics
- Set up, configure, and manage multiple Google Analytics accounts, including defining and tracking custom dimensions, events, and goals
- Troubleshoot tagging and ensure data integrity while implementing best practices for analytics and tracking across platforms
- Educate internal teams on Google Analytics best practices, ensuring stakeholders understand how to use the platform for informed decision-making
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of our Big Query data warehouse, ensuring data accessibility, proper organization and data confidence
- Display Ad Management
- Manage Google Ad Manager implementation across PESI’s network of websites
- Develop strategies to enhance ad viewability, boost click-through rates and improve overall ad performance
- Provide internal training on ad trafficking, reporting, and creative best practices for both static and HTML5 ads
- Cross-Channel Operations
- Collaborate with internal teams (social media, search, email) and external partners to ensure cohesive, cross-channel strategies
- Manage tracking pixels (Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads) through Google Tag Manager for performance monitoring and optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and technical SEO
- Strong proficiency in developing and analyzing search engine performance, including hands-on experience with SEO audits and implementation
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude, coachable and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies to stakeholders.

Email Marketing Strategist (remote or in-office)
Who We’re Looking for:

- Write and develop compelling offers (both short and long-form copy) that drive conversions
- Manage Email calendar, including selecting campaigns, maintaining calendar layout, writing copy, and analyzing and reporting results
- Identify new opportunities to increase KPIs through automation, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Use your own creative abilities and data skills to enhance and refine our proven marketing methodology
- Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance to make data-driven decisions that allow you to rapidly respond to the needs, demands, and tastes of our audience
- Test new strategies to build audiences, increase engagement and boost reach
- Coordinate and align marketing efforts with business operations to launch new training events and products
Requirements:
- Experience ideating, writing, and analyzing Email campaigns

- Manage production schedules and changing initiatives while meeting deadlines

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent
