Lisette Wright has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. With a background as a clinician, she began working in the Health Information Technology industry in 2010 and exclusively since 2011. She has led projects on a national level in the last 2 years, including in California, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New York, Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania. Project management, project lead, and SME services have been provided in the following areas: EHR Selections and Complex Implementations, Strategic Planning, ICD-10 Training and Education, Meaningful Use Program technical assistance and Program Development, pharmaceutical market research and surveying, coding and compliance programs, IT and revenue cycle management assessments, and technical assistance regarding outcomes and measures for benchmarking and performance.
Lisette has produced an extensive and comprehensive crosswalk between the DSM-IV-TR®-ICD9-ICD-10-DSM-5® and is very familiar with coding, crosswalks, and the minute detail involved in the DSM 5®-ICD-10. Known for Program Development and organizational strategy initiatives, she has developed a one-of-a-kind ICD-10 Transition Plan specific to the health and human service industry, from the solo practitioner to the large provider organization. Additionally, she had led many organizations through Health Information Technology implementations and change processes. Her tools, consulting, and leadership have been well received nationally.
